We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Personal care items
Perishable goods
Gift cards
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
